Position: Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: Base plus quarterly bonus incentive

Position Details:
We are looking for a project manager to support our Executive Sales Team with project design, facilitation, and fulfillment. Experience in facility design and healthcare industry a plus but not required. Interest to learn about health care industry, evidence-based design, building client revenue, and operation efficiency is beneficial. Must be highly self-motivated, detailed-oriented, and excellent time manager.
Description of Position:
* Work with Executive Sales Team on project presentations in PowerPoint
* Utilize creative thinking to produce innovative artistic solutions for clients
* Incorporate branding and marketing strategies into projects
* Oversee project budgets for Executive Sales Team
* Create project presentations using PowerPoint
* Read architecture floor plans to determine placement of artistic solutions
* Oversee art procurement process for all projects
* Oversee quality control of all projects upon delivery and installation
* Build and maintain relationships and negotiate with vendors
* Oversee installation team at client site
* Ensure client satisfaction during project fulfillment and client interfacing
* Participate in building revenue and growth for company
* Participate in research projects for internal use and clients
* Participate in social media marketing for company
* Represent company at art events, philanthropic, and industry events
* Become EDAC certified or maintain certification
Experience:
College Graduate with at least 3 years professional experience preferred
Computer Software Knowledge Required:
PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe PDF
Additional Computer Knowledge Preferred:
Photoshop, AutoCAD, Constant Contact

We are looking for art installers to support our project team with installation of artistic solutions (i.e. framed art, three-dimensional sculptures, environmental graphics, Dynamic Digital Art, etc). Individuals with experience in art installation a plus but not required. Individual must be able to travel overnight and work in evenings and weekends as necessary.
Description of Position:
* Security hardware installation of artwork at medical facilities
* Transportation of artwork from/to client site
* Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
* Flexible schedule during week and ability to work weekends and out of town when necessary
* Good driving record and proof of insurance
* Experience in art handling and installation a positive, not required
* Hourly position (15-40 hrs per week)
