Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Dallas, TX
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: Salary ($24,000.00 to $35,000.00) plus performance incentives for meeting goals

Position Details
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Executive Team with account management, project design, facilitation, and fulfillment. Experience in facility design and healthcare industry a plus but not required. Interest to learn about health care industry, evidence-based design, building client revenue, and operation efficiency is beneficial. Must be highly self-motivated, detailed-oriented, and excellent time manager.
Description of Position
* Work with Executive Team on project presentations in PowerPoint
* Present project presentations to client
* Obtain confirmation from clients on approved artistic solutions
* Utilize creative thinking to produce innovative artistic solutions for clients
* Incorporate branding and marketing strategies into projects
* Oversee project budgets for Executive Team
* Create project presentations using PowerPoint
* Read architecture floor plans to determine placement of artistic solutions
* Oversee art procurement process for all projects
* Build and maintain relationships and negotiate with vendors (i.e. publishers, artist, etc.)
* Ensure client satisfaction during project fulfillment and client interfacing
* Participate in building revenue and growth for company
* Represent company at art events, philanthropic, and industry events
* Become EDAC certified within 6 months or maintain certification
Requirements
* Minimum of 2-5 years professional experience (sales, service, communications, account management, marketing or consulting)
* Ability to work in fast paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
* Excellent telephone personality skills
* Time management and prioritization skills
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills
* Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Ability to multi-task and accomplish task independently
* Ability to create solutions and provide service excellence
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm

Position Details:
We are looking for an Installation Manager to provide leardership and management in our Installation Service deparmtent. The Installation Manager will be responsible for leadership of Team Members who provide facility maintenance and installation service at hospitals and medical facilities in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Individuals with management, military, signage installation, office furniture installation, equipment installation or other technical fields will be successful in position . Individual must be able to travel overnight and work on evenings and weekends as necessary. This position requires 40 plus hours per week.
Description of Position:
* Management experience of production, installation, or technical professionals
* Knowledge of security hardware installation of artwork at hospitals and medical facilities
* Transportation of artwork to/from client site
* Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
* Must comply with strict procedures and guidelines as well as hold team members accountable
* Ability to work during the week, nights, weekends and out of town when necessary
* Must have valid drivers license
* Good driving record and proof of insurance
* Mathematical skills and knowledge required along with paperwork completion skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs required (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
* Must be polite and maintain clearn appearance
* Dependibility, honesty and good leadership skills a must
* Experience in art handling and installation a positive - Experience in signage and art installation a plus
